Emit eLink
The eLink can receive and forward data from emiTags to Emit's Internet server. The eLink does not activate the emiTags, but receives the data that the chips send on the radio after punching on a TFP control unit. The data is stored locally and forwarded via GPRS to The Emit's Internet server.
eLink can also be used to forward punching data from eCards by combining it with an Emit ePost; that forwards punching data from eCards to eLink.
Thus, eLink is particularly suitable for online split times in orienteering, where one uses TFP control units or ePosts.
