New, improved version of the Emits starter unit, with LED that flashes bright white when stamped. Works with all previous versions of Emits o-tags, but not with emiTag tags. ePost forwards stamping data via the internal radio, so that by combining ePost with eLink, you get the opportunity for online intervals in orienteering races with regular o-pieces. The starting unit has a built-in battery with an estimated service life of 8-10 years, but it is not recommended to use units that are older than 5 years in championships. The device does not need to be programmed or charged before use.
